ROW 14

Row 14 Bistro & Wine Bar wanted to focus on great wines from around the world and pair them with signature dishes of seasonal food, sourced locally whenever possible. “Row 14” is homage to the rows in vineyards and the importance of good grapes, along with the rows of theatre seats across 14th Street where the restaurant is located.

BottleRocket worked with OZ Architects to create a space connecting wine country with the modern Spire building in Denver’s theater district. A rich wood bar top and wine barrel hoops are pared with concrete pillars and gold link curtains as a nod to the theater stage. Design elements were built around the earthiness of wine and the Deco-esque font, which helped bridge the gap of the modern Spire building and iconic Art Deco theaters.
